West Dunbartonshire Council has selected VKY Intelligent Automation as its strategic partner in the delivery of the Scottish local authority's automation programme with UiPath.
West Dunbartonshire Council's Automation Programme Purpose
The purpose of the programme, which was approved at the Council’s Corporate Services Committee in February, is to automate repetitive and manual business processes enabling staff to focus on higher value tasks. This will both improve overall productivity and service delivery to citizens whilst also improving the well-being of staff.
G Cloud
This is VKY's first G Cloud Framework contract and first contract with a Scottish Local Authority.
